WiseBayan also mentions that they generate an income solely from "la carte products”. However, that’s not entirely true. The ‘no-fee’ slogan doesn’t cover everything. As a user, you’ll be expected to pay a capped price of $20 USD annually. It might a $20 but that’s a small price when you consider the bigger picture. Just like RobinHood, it also allows you to set goals that are achievable.

You can switch to the Plus version anytime with flexible loans on offer and a minimum 10k portfolio balance. Tungsten metal debit card included.
- Fundrise: With over $300M worth of assets under management, Fundrise can offer you an experience to trade with money that can be used to buy real estate. It is a requirement to invest a minimum of $500 USD with only a 1% charge of the value of your portfolio. This small amount is minimal compared to how well you could do on the real estate scene and is a great platform to step into the market.
